Job Profile:-
1) To planning and carry out all the production
activities in shift, as per production target, and to lay-out
and organize the work as per SOP. 2) To do all process
calculations. 3) To look all production problems in attaining
the quality and quantity of product. 4) To carry out required
maintenance activities in shift in safe manner. 5) To coordinate
with other departments like Quality control, R & D, and
engineering departments-I Instrumentation,
Electrical, & mechanical. 6) To do the planning of shut down
activities and carry out all these activities as per
planning. 7) Having knowledge of handling the systems like
Vacuum distillation, Atm distillation, Azeotropic
Distillation. 8) To Prepare Safety work permits of different
purposes. 9) Commissioning of plant during product change-over,
Including Equipment cleaning, pneumatic &
Hydro testing of
equipments & Lines, flow trials, Distillation trial, process
interlock testing.
