Mounting and installation of LX and VX 42U Serveres and
Network racks , with 16A/32APower distribution PDU. Cable
manager for Data and power, Cable Trough, Railing kit, KVM
switch, LCD monitor and ATS. Power: Installation and
commissioning of UPS and other related wirings
with proper distribution.UPS network management card
configurations, Battery management, Infrastruxure Manager and
remote monitoring systems. Cooling:
Installation and commissioning of Modular and High density Air
conditioning, Inrow SC and Inrow RC. Cooling
Distributions unit, Air distribution unit and Air removal
unit. Monitoring customer satisfaction for the region by
running KPI programs. Responsible for Three Phase Products
Installation, breakdown calls and Preventive
maintenance. Monitoring the FM (Facility Management) at
Qualcomm and Dr. Reddy Labs Motivation to the branch service
team and conducting the Service Training program for our Service
Engineers. Technical support to the AGS (APC
Global Service) engineers and High Power Partner
Engineers (24x7support) for field related issues over phone, by
site visits and by interacting with the customers.
Supporting the Sales Team by giving product related demo
and Product Specification compliance tests for customers on
specific demands. Business: AMC conversions, Battery,
Rental and Power Audits. Presently working with the following
products and the ranges: Silcon: 10kva to 480kva (Delta
Conversion Technology) MGE: Galaxy 3KVA to 75KVA, Comet 40KVA to
150KVA and all ranges of GPW Symmetra ISX: 10 to 80kva (Double
conversion-Three level PWM technology). SUVT: 10 to 40kva
(Double Conversion-Three level PWM technology). Infrastructure
for Small and Medium Datacenters: Type A, and Type B
Solutions Training 1. Attended the Product Training for Silcon
3Phase UPS Basic and Advance Level. 2. Attended the Product
Training for Infrastructure UPS Type A, Type B
Solutions 3. Siebel and Intouch CRM software
Training 4. Customer Interaction Training: “Creating a Loyal
Customers” Knowledge Description: Gained good knowledge in
PWM technology, IGBTs, MOSFETS, Different types of INVERTER
designs, DC-DC converters, SMPS circuits, Controlled AC-DC
conversions, Fly back converter, resonant converter, Analog,
Digital &Micro controller based control logic circuits, parallel
redundant systems. Gained good knowledge on the use of various
databases, safety procedures, customer interactions, training,
and communication skills.
