1. Worked with team effectively to send the
weekly reports to Senior Mgmt team. 2. Investigate impact and
details, inform customer, approve service center change
management ticket related to change and testing the application
in case of a planned outage. 3 Analyzing and solving the common
interface problems 4. Client Communication and team
Management 5. Requirement gathering 6. Project coordination and
management 7. Test Planning and analysis 8. Facilitate testing
on deliverables 9. Interviews for potential resources and
trainings 10. Doing offline tasks like loading bulk-loader data
into all environments. 11. Day-to-day tasks like monitoring
eAppSupport shared mailbox, service center and communication to
customer on priority-based. 12 In case of a change request
discussing high level requirements with customer, involving
ball-park estimation 13. Involving ticket resolution and working
on outstanding issue list and updating change log 14. Creating
new version to DBAM using Clearcase. 15. Assigning the work like
incidents, change requests to CSW, third party to Customer. 16.
