Job Profile:
To work in close coordination with the Lean Six
Sigma Black Belt. To increase shop participation in six
sigma & continuous improvement related activities. Initiate,
coordinate and report new continual improvement projects, Kaizen
and Quality circle activities. To deploy 5S throughout the
facility with identifying zones, goals and audit of
workplace. Coordination in standardization of visual
displays & controls. Motivate & encourage shopfloor
employees for generating ideas through suggestion scheme and
coordinate in implementation of suggestions. Make an
impression of company in local market in the field of improvement
activities by presenting case studies in various
competitions. Report Local Project Progress and
Savings. Helps in identifying and solving the environmental,
health and safety related essues. Hands-on experience in
implementation of OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard. Experience in
playing key team leadership roles in Kaizen events. Familier
with Lean Six sigma tools. Process Audit and Product Audit
at various processes in the organization and at Supplier’s site
to improve the Product Quality and Delivery. Preparation of Audit
report, Follow up audit and the maintenance for the
effectiveness. Monthly Management Review Meeting to review
the Quality Objectives and the targets with the Action plan for
the further planed Improvements.
