• Troubleshooting of NOKIA make GSM & CDMA phones.

& repairing by using CRO, GSM tester, Spectrum analyzer, LEAD
FREE MICRO VGA REWORK STATION (PDR make). • Involved in
software up-gradation, mechanical , electro-mechanical & componet
level repairs.. • Attempting at least 15/18 phones per
day • Any repair that needs to be done on a quote accepted
phone (OUT OF WARRANTY) that is done in the repaired amount
. • Ensuring correct and timely updation of all jobs done in
SAMS (Sequor After Market Services) • Ensuring that no phone
is on in my name at the end of your shift. • Achieving all of
the set objectives • Ensuring that of putting PCB stickers on
all L3 repaired handsets • Ensuring that all RWR (Return
Without Repairs) and BER (Beyond Economical Repairs) phones are
signed off by the Supervisor with notes updated in SAMS (Sequor
After Market Services) • Understanding all of the TB
(Technical Bulletins)’s released • Ensuring proper
maintenance and housekeeping of work area and
tools • Highlighting any repair fault which is not recoverable
to the Supervisor • Maintains 1 hour repair TAT of 95%, as
desired by NOKIA
