Problem identification and analysis:
• Help in identify
problems and suggest practical and effective solutions for client
related issues.
• Incorporate feedback into the training loop
, with the aim of closing the gaps between the theory and
practice,
• Eventually develop subject matter expertise on
clients and processes.
Constructive feedback on the errors
committed:
• Ensure constructive feedback, given on a
consistent basis with the aim of improving the quality of work
done as productivity.
• Help in auditing quality and provide
inputs on client related issues, along with valuable suggestions
to improve processes or client profile
instructions
• Co-ordination with the teams in Client services
(Noida and NY) to achieve this goal.
• Addressing client
complaints by suggesting and helping implement effective
solutions.
Reporting:
• Report the Quality metrics and data,
for client and associate performance on a regular
basis.
• Identify payment trends with specific
insurances.
• Report findings from the follow up / denial
handling Quality check to the Team lead to identify denial trends
and their resolution for better collections.
Team development:
• Ensure that the team functions at the optimum levels of
quality.
• Act as a Subject matter expert to the team members.
