Prioritize hardware faults to meet customer demands within
the required time frame along with analysis,solutions and reports
of the same.
Recommend timely actions and solutions to
customer service requests.
Lead investigation teams in
conjunction with major disturbances and failures or other serious
problems as also to work for emergency support.
Perform
quality, desk checks and verification test for
corrections.
Communication of faults and solutions to the
customer.
Maintenance and repair of Ericsson BTS and access
systems or complimentary products supplied by ERICSSON. As also
maintenance of Datacom equipments such as routers etc.
