prices, quality and service levels.

appropriate vendor matrix with medium and long term
perspective.
Communication
• Ensuring cooperation with
cross-functional teams (advertising, visual merchandising, store
operations etc.) to maximize through-put.

in training programs to train Store Managers and CSA’s in
various merchandising aspects.
