Responsible for achieving production targets for the large
objective of the organizational goal achievement . Product
traceability checking. Batch standardization. Proper n
complete documentation as per ISO standard. Quality
inspection of raw material. Quality inspection of finished
products. Checking the manpower Roaster. Decision
making for milk tanker unloading to further
process. Checking of critical parameter during
processing. Cross checking of quality control lab
(Retesting). Responsible for releasing norms of milk and
milk products. Checking of recovery cum loss
percentage. To prepare fortnightly check report for quality
as well as non-conformance report. To draw Control sample
records for future reference. Coordinate with utility &
quality section for all the aforesaid sections work as and when
required. Pre-dispatch inspection report
for finished product as per quality plan. Improve the
quality & reduce the rejection by analyzing the reason of
rejection. Inspection & supervision work at different stages
during production/ processing. Technical
Skills Strong analytical & reasoning ability &
interpersonal skills. Ability to take up new challenges &
willingness to learn. Ability to handle and lead a
group. Having good working experience as production &
quality. Knowledge of milk organoleptic tests ,qualitative
tests and quantitative tests Able to handle 5-S and HACCP
co-ordinator. Knowledge of ISO, FAO,FPO,BIS and PFA
act. Knowledge of kaizen, industrial hygiene and personal
hygiene. Knowledge of TPM and TQM.
