• Organizational Development: Techno-structural, strategic
interventions organic growth of ireo, Human Resource
interventions and human process interventions across divisions of
ireo. Implementation of PMS, Balance Score card, KRA & KPI
formulation, competency mapping and Modeling, Management of feed
back system.
• Talent Engagement: Training & Development,
Management Development initiatives, induction and mentoring
platforms, career enhancing initiatives, employee relation
enabling projects, in house talent development vertical
formulation.
• Comp & Ben: Compensation audits, benchmarking
of salary, benefits implementation and salary surveys,
incentivevising salary, plan & implement strategic
salary.
• Recruitment & Talent Management: Campus recruitment
(MDI, IIM, School of Arch), brand building, country wide
recruitment plan and its integration, overseas recruitment,
referral schemes, induction of joiners. Formulated recruitment
process and policies ( Rehire policy ,Global Referral policy ,
Relocation Policy , etc), efficient and cost effecting
sourcing.
• Business HR: Formulation of HR policies, HR
budgeting, formulation of ramp up plans for new initiatives,
integration of cross region site offices, restructuring of HR
division.
• Strategic HR: Formulated organization wide job
enrichment and job rotation exercise, restructured Job evaluation
criteria, empowered line managers on HR role.
