relationship and consulting with clients to deliver clear value
for the money and secure the financial risk for their
liability.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving
delivery of service quality norms.
• Strategizing policies &
procedures in the operating systems to achieve greater customer
delight.
• Reviewing & interpreting the market trends/ client
feedback to attune the business strategies as per the
requirements & expectations
Operations
Management:
• Preparing & presenting various weekly/monthly/
MIS reports pertaining to process/productivity.
Analysing
issues/ challenges & reviewing progress of the Weekly/Monthly
basis.
• Managing customer data for smoothening business
operations.
• Increase the client base by acquiring new
clients regularly month on month.
Business Development
• Making Sales of financial products like mutual funds,
bonds, fixed deposit, Insurance (Life and Non Life), Personal
Finance Advisory Services, placement of equity, IPOs,.
• Analyzing Sales Opportunities
• Maintaining Customer
Relationships.
• Develop the strategy to promotion and
companion of the company business and acquiring of the new
client.
