1. Pricing
• Receiving enquiries from our area offices. • Preparing
/develop batches and workout competitive prices based on the end
users operating conditions and life (Ladle and Furnace). •
Offer our selling price/Cost to our area offices. Profit margin
fixings based on the advise of our Director (OFEL) •
Identifying suppliers for outsourcing of Magnesia Carbon bricks,
AMC Bricks, ASC bricks and basic monolithics in Dashiqiao Area,
China. • Negotiate price with our out sourcing suppliers
based on our batch composition. 2. Receiving/Placing Orders
• Receiving orders from customers/ area offices. • Working
out cost efficient batch composition • Discuss / Confirm
price, payment terms with our Director(OFEL) • Negotiate
price with our out sourcing suppliers based on our batch
composition • Place order on our out-sourcing suppliers
confirming the Payment terms, delivery and Quality 3. Raw
Material Quality, Production Process Control and Packing: •
Planning for production • Selection of Raw material and
Quality Control – Checking Input raw material before taking up
for production (Sampling and testing) • Production Process
control to maintain quality. • Stage wage quality control
during production process – Checking for physical properties
• To maintain/control batch mix as per our batch
composition. • Sampling and testing of finished product •
Providing packing instruction to our Supplier. • Identifying
the cost control areas and planning/Implementing cost
control. 4. External/ Internal Inspection • Sampling and
testing of finished products • Offering for External
Inspection as per the requirement of our Customers. • Giving
prior intimation to our customer/Area offices the readiness of
ordered material. • Coordinating with external Inspection
5. Deliveries/Shipments • Advance planning for
deliveries as per the requirement of customers. • Checking for
proper packing. • Intimate the delivery date / shipment date
to GM, OFEL China, enabling him to advise his staffs for
preparing Shipping documents. • Follow-up of customer’s L/C
and supplier transfer L/Cs in co-ordination with GM and as per
the advice of Director(OFEL)
