About Devika Menon
With 10 yrs of recruiting experience specializing in the IT field, I am venturing into consulting services of my own. My services are empowered by two other professionals, one with a Masters degree in Business Administration from a business school from UK and 7+ yrs serving ITES sector and the other with 7+ years of experience in the field of management, customer experience and orientation, as an Asst.Manager, Operations. With abundant innovative ideas, each of us was looking for a turf to implement and experiment, which brought us together. Today, here we are with our own consultancy services.

Leading an IT Recruitment Team of 6 recruiters.
Handling
Temp & Perm recruitments. Responsible to bring new clients
in the Perm side. Segregating requirements & fixing monthly
targets to team members. Understanding the client’s
requirements by regular interaction Finding and matching
prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to
determine skills, experience, and areas for geographic
employment, preferences, and availability with the requirement.
Recruiting via Internet job boards (Naukri.com, Monster.com
and Timesjob.com, referrals and expanded Internet sourcing.
Ensure resume appropriately reflects experience and
requirement. Checking for the Candidates' willingness to
relocate to the work locations in case he/she is not a local
Candidate. Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine
experience and skill level. Coordinate interviews as
instructed by Hiring Manager. Ensure that adequate number
of qualified candidates are submitted for all requirements in a
timely manner Suggest suitable fitment and negotiate the
same with the candidates. Responsible for Turn- in of the
candidates. Maintaining the IT database of the candidates as
well as the clients. Maintaining & encouraging the team to
achieve the monthly target.
