My achievements

I was a mathematics teacher, due to my interest in software I have done my MCA and after 6 years teaching in school, I moved to software. Two Years back I have started my own company.

Couple of years from now

As a manager in current organization.

Initiative to develop a country

In Software most of the professional are working for other countries and they are using there technical skills and caliber to there clients(MNCs).

If we want to develop to India then we have to use our technical potential to develop India, I am seeing lot of work needs to be done in the field of technology, we have to spread the technology at the root level.

Education is the Key for the development so we have to work on the education, Professional have to take the time and trained the people from village or rural areas.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

I think below qualities should have in a leader.
1. Always give credit to team
2. Defend the team in front of others.
3. He should believe in team work.
4. He should have clear vision.
5. He should think about there sub ordinates.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

We need to work on the education system, As i am seeing there is no quality education in the government schools.
Government has to allocate some special fund on the education system and mainly they have to work in the rural areas of India.
Hire good teachers and pay them good salary so that they can love there jobs and give their 100%.
Government has to make plan like panchvarsi Youjana for education to improve the quality.

Important decision

While I was in education filed then did the B.Ed and there after my MCA.
Start of the company and acquisition of the another institute.
