Job Profile:
• Working as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
for Punjab, Haryana, J&K, Himachal and Rajasthan comprising of
more than 1500 associates.
• Completing the joining
formalities for all the associates working at different client
sites.
• Making their Appointment letters and their salary
break up according to the salary offered by the
client.
• Maintaining all documents under various labour laws
i.e. PF, ESI and Returns.
• Maintaining payrolls leave records
of the associates.
• Providing direction, motivation and
training to the client servicing team, ensuring optimum
performance.
• Responsible for meeting branch revenues targets
from existing clients.
• Client Mining and analysis for
exploring unidentified business.
• Effectively communicating
while interfacing with the clients, suggesting viable service
range, cultivating relations with them for securing repeat
business and ensuring quality delivery of projects to the
clients.
• Preparing various MIS reports for the purpose of
assessment by Top Management.
• Co-ordination as well as
conducting personal interviews of personnel for their placement
in different organizations
• Handling client and associates
grievances on a daily basis.
