About Chukwuma Franklin Okoye

Okoye Chukwuma Franklin hails from Agulu Town, Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State of Nigeria. A graduate of Mass Communication, he holds a Certificate in Conflict Analysis Course, Certificate Course in Interfaith and Conflict Resolution both from the United States Institute of Peace (USIP). He holds another certificate on “International Players in Public Finance and Debt Management” from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).

Okoye has participated in many workshops: International Art workshop for Children 2007; Facilitator – Our Heroes Past, Abuja International Art Exhibition and Book Fair; Facilitator – Project Mandela, A Photo Exhibition in Honour of Nelson Mandela of South Africa; Facilitator – The Celebration of an African Legend, International Conference and Exhibition of 900 works on Dim Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu among others.
