• Job involves managing Collection approx 2200 contracts
portfolio of more than Rs 160 carores exposure of commercial
vehicles and Construction Equipments finance of entire Kutchh.•
Managing collection , Ensuring minimum flow of customers into
Soft collection bucket, Reviewing collection processes &
improving it.• Dealing with CMS person for credit and
reconciliation of accounting issue etc• Will be responsible for
ensuring compliance of all matters pertaining to Client ,. like
TDS etc.• Monitoring & Managing of PDC management and Legal
Notice Management like 30+ DPD, 60+ DPD, Loan Recall overdue
notice and legal Sec 138 notice to hirer and guarantor on daily
basis.• Able to manage collection activities, monitor
verification process, resolve customers dispute, analysis of
feedback to and from agencies and able to develop new collection
Strategy.• Handling NPA, Chronic cases and Legal Cases and
prepared necessary documents for Arbitration process. •
Monitoring & Managing collection agencies performance and
Increase Productivity. Responsible for direct as well as
Collection Agency base Collection of entire Kutchh.•
Responsible for Support collections backend process in terms of
allocation of cases, tracking, generating reports, agency
interaction, MIS etc. • Maintain good relation with top
personality, dealers, DMA who is associated with our business•
Follow up with the parties and Guarantor for their outstanding
amount. • Spend Maximum time in the field and get maximum
information of the market. • To collect maximum penalty form
the customer to increase company's profitability. Get approval
for negotiation in penalty from the higher authority for right
collection dealing with good fleet customer. • Responsible to
handle legal cases and attend court and legal activities. Follow
up with legal advocate for status of each cases. • Prepare
Daily, Monthly, quarterly and Annually Collection Report.
