MIS.  Coordinating with IT and administration department for
new employee’s work station ID card. 4. HR
Operation:  Maintaining HR master Database and other
miscellaneous database.  Issuance of all HR letters related
to confirmation, promotion and, address proof
etc.  Attendance and leave management.  Preparing and
updating leave tracker. 5. Day to Day General
Administration:  Assessed organizational needs, developed
strategies and implemented proactive solutions.  Supervised
all phases of operations, including staff, billing and office
administration.

with the clients post induction
