rolled out in its, 158 member countries. Hexaware provides tier-2
functional support for its system. Profile involved primarily
working on four modules, Purchasing (PO), Asset Management (AM),
Accounts Payable (AP) and Project Management (PM). Clients
consult on the core domain or functional issues pertaining to
their Peoplesoft implementation. Roles &
Responsibilities: •Working as a Functional member and to
help resolve functional issues. •Attended 1 month User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) in New York for PeopleSoft upgrade in
June 2008. •Requirement gathering, proposal of work-around,
preparation of expected test cases. •Trained in the support
processes of the client for AP, PO, and PM module. •Understood
the setups and business processes of the client. •The service
requests received from the various locations were analyzed and
solutions are provided either on the phone after talking to the
customer or posted on the support site. •Provided functional
solutions to client for better practices for enhanced performance
and basic service requests •Done task prioritization and
allocation of work with other functional resources in the
project •Done tracking of service request till its
