GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
• Ensure adequate and efficient
infrastructure is made available to all employees.
• Managing
Travel for North region all circles. i.e Delhi, Punjab, Haryana,
Up West, UP east and Bihar
• Handling Vendors Payments,
Negotiation with all types of requirement.
• Ensuring
smooth pick up and drop of all employees to airports and
stations. Local & Outstation travel for all north region
employees as per their eligibility
• Responsible for Flight
and railway tickets for all north Region
employees.
• Management of all Monthly network vehicles for
all six (6) circles, checking of logbooks, Cross Checking of
bills as per contract.
• Responsible for SIM distribution,
Bills processing for all circles across north and also issuing
duplicate SIM's and getting them activated along with activation
of others services like VAS.
• Assigning workstation to new
hire as per workspace.
• Set up and effectively manage:
Stationary & printing, pantry, courier, Pest control,
Housekeeping, First Aid Supply.
• Managing Reception, Parking,
Records of Daily consumables etc.
• Plan and Implement
uninterrupted Energy supply, water supply and Air conditioning to
office.
• Complete minor repair and maintenance as per the
company norm.
• Handling petty cash.
• Taking care IT
assets like Laptop, Data Card, Desk tops etc.
• Direct
purchasing activity for the facilities with consideration of
corporate standards.
• Responsible for office equipment i.e.
Faxes, Photocopiers, printers, telephones, desks and other office
furniture.
• Monitor the office lighting and Air Conditioning
systems and ensure that all defects, damage and faults reported
by users are repaired / corrected as soon as
possible.
• Ensuring highest standards of housekeeping of all
offices stock levels of housekeeping material and other day to
day office administration work.
• Purchase, maintains of
office stationary, and Ensure distribution of stationary items to
all employees.
• Conference facilities with Hotels. Provide
organized assistance for travel, hotels, conferences, meetings.
• Ensure rental cheques are sent to all landlords on
time.
• Statutory payments like: Electricity Bills, Telephone
Bills.
• Co-ordinate with other functional group like IT,
Finance & HR deptt.
• Managing employee events and
meetings.
• Establish and direct facilities management
including managing any construction activities across the
circle.
SPECIALIZED ADMINISTRATION
ACTIVITIES:
• Taking care of Delhi sites.
• Liaising with
Local police station for site issue.
• To provide support to
company for statutory compliance under labour & commercial
Act.
• To take care of renewal of labour of shop act
registrations, intimation to department of contractors.
• To
take the Registration from the department for principal employer
Labour Act and take the registration under PF, ESIC etc for
principal employer also. .
• Taking the Shop & Commercial
Establishment Act Registrations from the department for our
offices across Delhi & Haryana circles.
• Fuelling and
maintain Diesel Generator for all sites
