My job responsibilities
i) Assisting Regional Manager in annual
sales forecasting /
planning ( Month / Branch / Brand
wise).
ii) Analysis / Reporting of actual vs budgeted
sales
on a weekly / monthly / YTD basis and for every
state / brand wise to help RH / ASM in decision making.
iii)
Follow up with all ASM’s for updation on various trade
initiatives, promotional activities, distribution related
data building and reporting.
iv) Collection and reporting of
various market intelligence,
competitors activities, territory /
area performance .
v) Keep a track & follow up of stock
receipt against forecast &
stock indent and taking
further communication.
vi) I am also handling certain
commercial
responsibilities in additions to above all
responsibilities such as Travel expense
checking &
processing, Distributor claim
checking & processing, Follow up
with CFAs
on various aspects of depot operations,
Office
administration and vendor bills
payment .
