About Dr Shubhasheesh Bhattacharya
Dr. Shubhasheesh Bhattacharya, a Ph. D in Management, currently working as a Professor- HR in Pune. He has 12 years of academic work experience, teaching students at the PG level of Management Program, and before that 5 years in Industry. He has taught in reputed institutes. He is certified as Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) by AIMA, New Delhi. He is Life Member of NHRD Network (National HRD Network) and HEF (Higher Education Forum). He is also a Rotarian (Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International). He is a member of Review Board of journal of Symbiosis - “Drishtikon: A Management Journal” of SCMHRD, Pune (Symbiosis International University). He has received Faculty-Guide Excellence Award from IBS Alumni Federation for Excellence as Faculty-Guide for student's Summer Internship Project. He has total 43 publications/ presentation of papers. This includes 04 research papers in journals, 10 paper presentations in International & National conferences, publications of 24 articles, 04 book reviews and 01 Edited Book. He has conducted workshop for TMTC (Tata Management Training Centre) for the participants of reputed Tata Group Company, conducted 6-months executive certification program in HRM for participants from Reliance Group company M/s Sylvassa Industries Ltd, Sylvassa, conducted workshop for Faculty Development Program participants of IBS.
He has been rated very highly by the management students for his teaching.
