technical collaboration with Sankei Giken Kogyo Co. Ltd. &
Sankei Co. Ltd. - Japan. Mark Exhaust Systems Ltd. is engaged in
manufacturing of exhaust systems (Catalytic converters,
Silencer). Main customers of Mark Exhaust Systems Ltd. are Maruti
Udyog Ltd, Honda Siel Car India Ltd., Mitsubhishi - Lancer, LML,
Honda Scoocters & Export Model (U.K.), Piaggio(ITALY). Key
Result Areas; Quality Management & Control • Preparing and
maintaining necessary documents to comply with TS: 16949 and
other statutory quality standards; coordinating with external
agencies. • Conducting system audits to identify problem areas
and find solutions by considering alternatives, taking into
account the benefits and costs of the
recommendations. • Designing and implementing stringent

actions. • Handling day to day activities of parts inspection
& process inspection; involved in evaluation & approval of
samples, jigs, fixtures. • Conducting Scanning Machine and
Co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspection; validating/
revalidating all jigs & fixtures. Process
Enhancement • Identifying areas of improvement and
recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to
enhance operational efficiencies of the systems through
Kaizen,Pokeyoke . • Implementing competitive methodologies to
improve quality standards & maximise cost savings. • Reviewing
the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction/
quality failures and work on system and process changes for
qualitative improvement/ energy conservation. • Streamlining
efforts for process enhancement & improving operational
efficiencies; conducting research of existing process &
accordingly carry out improvement on existing process. Team
Management • Supervising and monitoring the performance level
of the service staff for ensuring superior services and
