quality; implementing TQM in a newly migrated process, charting

Corporation. Day to Day functions include : Providing an
unbiased Quality Score to the operations teams, provide monthly
content quality reports and presentations to the Operations
Senior Management, Weekly Analyst rating reports to the
operations management, applying the DMAIC approach and the TQM
Methodologies to improve Quality, mentor and train the operations
as well as the quality team to perform as per business
requirements. Other Functions include: Evaluating and
retaining key staff on the quality team and motivate to higher
results. Driving positive change and helping manage the change
management of the operations and quality
