2008 to Upto till date) SHIFT LEADER During commissioning
P&ID review & checks done, also done Material balance & Energy
balance of the plant, Familiar with Various basic chemical
calculations & basic of chemical engineering. HANDLING DCS OF
YOKOGAWA CENTUM CS 3000 Actively involved in erection &
commissioning of the plant with Air Liquide Team, Continuous
process of air separation unit, having capacity of 1550 TPD
Oxygen, looking after day to day activities involved in plant.
Looking for smooth running of the plant & achieving maximum
production with minimum losses & minimum down time with
maintaining product quality. Report to higher authorities about
daily production Equipment handled centrifugal compressor,
turbines, Cryogenic pumps, Continuous distillation column.
