SuperOps, a Chennai-based AI-driven IT management platform, has secured $25 million in Series C funding. This brings the company’s total funding to $54.4 million.

The fresh capital will be used to advance AI research, expand offerings for mid-market and enterprise-managed service providers (MSPs), and strengthen its global presence.

According to Co-Founder and CEO Arvind Parthiban, the company is focusing on three key areas. The primary goal is to target mid-market clients and high-value customers while expanding into markets like the UK and Australia.

Currently, 20% of its customer base consists of internal IT teams, driven by the shift to remote work. The new solution builds on its existing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) product to cater to these teams’ needs.
