Cloud kitchen brand Salad Days has secured 30 crore in its Series A funding round to fuel its expansion plans. This marks the company’s first institutional fundraising in over a decade. Currently operating 25 kitchens across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, the company aims to deepen its presence in existing cities by expanding across multiple pincodes. It also plans to strengthen its omnichannel presence by adding around 20 new stores by the end of the year.

“Our goal is to improve our tech for a seamless customer experience, including launching our own platform to introduce new services like subscriptions. Given our high repeat customer rate and frequent subscription inquiries, it makes perfect sense to offer such services for greater customer satisfaction,” said Varun Madan, Founder and CEO of Salad Days.

“Salad Days is one of our early investments at CAAF, perfectly aligning with what we seek—a visionary, customer-focused founder who has built a category-defining brand with profitable and sustainable execution, alongside strong, scalable unit economics. The consumer segment it operates in is poised for continued growth,” said Shivam Diwan, Executive Director and Head of CAAF.
