An American businessman best known as the former chief executive officer and chairman of America Online (AOL), Steve Case has a net worth of 1.5 billion dollars. He has built many businesses with his investment company, Revolution and LLC and has investments in Living Social, Echo360 and FedBid.

Case lives in Hawaii and owns a 40,000 acre Grove Farm on the island of Kauai. He helped millions of Americans get online and is donating much of his property to develop new technologies. The Case couple said that they are trying to be responsible stewards of the resources and has signed Giving Pledge.

Marc Benioff, Salesforce CEO:

Founder, chairman and CEO of Salesforce.com, Marc Benioff is one of the world’s billionaires with a net worth of $ 3 billion. He has served as co-chairman of the President’s Information Technology Advisory Committee in 2003 to 2005.

He encouraged other corporations to follow his 1/1/1 integrated philanthropic model by which companies contribute 1 percent of profits, 1 percent of equity, and 1 percent of employee hours back to the communities it serves. Benioff has donated around $200 million dollars to UCSF and Oakland Children's Hospital.
