Mobile Usage shows m-Commerce on the Rise
1.2 billion people (read: 17 percent of the world’s population) use the mobile web. The infographic also states that in 2011, there were twice as many number of mobile web subscriptions as there were broadband connections, while the number of websites hits that came from mobiles in January doubled over the past year.
