Given that Jeff Bezos founded Amazon as a marketplace for books, it's not surprising he reads a lot; and Jobs? He loved Shakespeare a lot and so follows the reads of others too. Read on to know what these9 tech icons’ favorite books are, as compiled by Business Insider.

#9 Amazon’s Jeff Bezos

The founder and CEO Jeff Bezos enjoys reading business book "Built to Last" and a fictional novel, "The Remains of the Day." He once told that he buys 10 books per month.

His favorite books Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies is by Jim Collins and Jerry Porras and The Remains of the Day is by Kazuo Ishiguro.

He told Newsweek: "If you read The Remains of the Day, which is one of my favorite books, you can't help but come away and think, I just spent 10 hours living an alternate life and I learned something about life and about regret."
