The title of the most powerful supercomputer is held by Tianhe-2, a Chinese supercomputer. National University of Defense Technology of China is the owner of the machine which can operate at a speed of 33.86 petaflops per second. Tianhe-2 runs on a customized operating system called Kylin and can be said 33,000 times faster than a Playstation 4.

#2 X-Ray Generators

With the capability of producing power 80 times more than the electrical generation capacity of every single power plant, the Z-machine stands as the world’s most powerful X-ray generator. Z-machine holds so much power that it can trigger a gadget from 0 to 122,000 kph in less than one second. The mammoth machine is kept at Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico and is immersed in a pool of water and oil.

Developed by the German manufacturer KUKA robotics, ‘Titan’ is regarded to be the strongest industrial robot. The intelligent machine is programmed and built to lift objects as heavy as a car for over 3 meter of height and can be implemented in industries on a large scale.
