5. A Viper Twist

Five high school students set forth replicating their Viper (Aircraft) as they watched on the TV show Battlestar Galactica, by mounting the fuselage of an old, small plane onto a motion control platform that can rotate 360 degrees. The team couldn’t compromise on the design as they wanted their Viper to look just like the Viper on the TV show.

They worked on the stimulator using the fund raised on Kickstarter until the week before the exhibition ‘Bay Area Maker Faire’ held in last May. The team successfully presented their operational Viper with some initial errors that were soon worked out.
