PayPal buys Square

Square is now the leading company with innovation in the space where PayPal once ruled. The company is now rumored to have a $4 billion valuation and is invading the market. So PayPal needs to do something soon to defend its property. Since the company had a pile of money, it’s better to use the principle “if you can’t beat them, buy them.”
