5 Incredible Apple Products Designed By Jobs We Still Haven't Seen
#1 iPad Mini
The iPad mini could be the first post-Jobs Apple product. If you remember that Steve Jobs actually took pot shot at 7 inch Android tablets, called them “tweener that sucked to use without having sandpaper to file down the digits to points,” you may think that Jobs was against mini pads which measured 7 inch. But then he even said iPod will never get video support, saying nobody would like to see video on tiny display. It was just his way of throwing off the competition. In fact he thought about 7inch mini pad, and it was clear in recent testimony during the Samsung trial, Apple senior VP of iOS software Scott Forstall said he had turned Steve Jobs around on the idea of 7inch tablets.
Eddy Cue, Apple's senior vice president of Internet Software and Services, says he “expressed this to Steve several times since Thanksgiving and he seemed very receptive.”
So the announced iPad mini is product directly out of Jobs box of surprises.
