8. Apple, the all mighty.

Apple is infamous for censoring applications that feature on apple’s app store .Apple had rejected a satirical application called News Toons because it ‘ridiculed public figures’. The cartoonist behind the app went on to win a Pulitzer prize after which apple retracted its actions.  This shows how arbitrary their app censorship is.

We agree that browsing through apple’s app store is a much better experience that browsing other app stores but arbitrary censorship is not the way to raise the standards of your app store.
