Bangalore: Tim Cook got into Steve Job’s shoes as CEO of Apple on August 24, 2011, after Jobs’ death. Since then there are many credits to his name like the highly successful iPhone 5, which sold more than 2 million units in a day, best ever for any iPhones. And then there are iPad mini, iPad 4, new Macs, all of them were successful. Tim has also made it to the list of most loved CEOs too, thanks to his trait for considering the suggestions from the employees too, which was a rarity with Steve Jobs.

All said and done, but there are some mistakes committed by Tim Cook, which landed him in this article. Read on to know the 10 mistakes committed by Tim Cook since his tenure at Apple as CEO, as compiled by Business Insider.

#10 The thin iMac

The new updated version of iMac which was released last year is ridiculously thin. Though “thin” was the theme behind the design of the Mac computer, Apple produced a machine that can't perform as well as other desktop computers. There's no advantage to a thin iMac. It just sits on your desk. It looks pretty much exactly the same from the front as the old iMac.

1: One additional comment,I see no mention in this article that Apple just earned the top rating of ANY company on this earth for customer satisfaction per the J.D.Powers survey, for the ninth time in a row.Other companies can only dream of this merit. And this article downgrades Tim Cook....seriously ???.

2: You state in your article that the latest generation iMac is too thin, and can't perform as well as other computers.Seriously ???.Have you ever bench tested this computer,or even seen one ?.My new 27" iMac boots up from cold in 13 seconds, lightening fast, runs cool and quiet, has a stunning 2560 x 1440 resolution reduced glare display, has a fusion drive option, and not only competes with other all in one desktops.....it blows them away !!!.It's no wonder that PC magazine along with dozens of other professional sites stated this is the best all in one desktop on this earth, bar none.I would like to ask the author of this article "How long does it take your computer to boot up"?.I would suggest the author read some of the extensive bench tests on this computer from other sites, and educate himself prior to posting an article which has no credibility.
