Kochi Startup RHLvision Shortlisted At Vienna Festival
Rohildev started this venture during his final year of engineering. He graduated from Kathir College of Engineering in Coimbatore last year. His first brainchild on the touchless-interface was RHLcaMouse, developed for Windows, to control PC through gestures.
Rohildev’s key focus is to mainstream gesture recognition. RHLvision’s other technological designs include a touch less display called Tiot, which help doctors to navigate patient’s history through gesture control, by standing 4-meter from the screen. The startup has also developed an app called Ferne, a touchless interface for smart phones that can navigate through a playlist using simple hand gestures. Ferne is now available on Blackberry World.
The company has raised Rs 12 lakh from Delhi-based Radix Malik Group for a 12% stake "We are now looking to raise Rs 1 crore from existing and new investors," Rohildev said to TOI.
