The company was named one of the 50 Most Disruptive companies in the world by MIT Technology review. Initially known as mKhoj, InMobi started off as an SMS based search platform. In 2007, the company switched to Mobile advertising while simultaneously rebranding itself. The company has offices set up across 17 countries with more than 900 employees. It was also featured in 'India's Top 100 Companies to Work For 2016' list by the Great Place to Work Institute and ranked No.1 in the Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in India by the Fast Company.
