India Accelerator (IA), a multistage fund-led accelerator, has partnered with V S Fortune to launch LeapFWD,  Rs 100 crore accelerator program designed to empower emerging startups in India’s proptech and construction technology space.

The four-month initiative aims to nurture ten promising startups driving innovation in areas such as smart real estate, construction automation, sustainable materials, and digital infrastructure. LeapFWD seeks to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and industry adoption by helping startups bring scalable, impactful solutions to the built environment.

Selected startups will receive structured mentorship, business development support, and access to a combined funding pool of Rs 100-150 crore through IA, V S Fortune, and associated investors. They will also gain opportunities to pilot their solutions with real estate developers, infrastructure firms, and corporate partners.

The program will culminate in a Demo Day in March 2026, where founders will present their innovations to investors, industry experts, and ecosystem leaders. The first cohort begins in December 2025.
