Hexagon's R&D Center in India has recently launched the Startup Catalyst Program, in collaboration with T-HUB - the world's largest incubation hub. This program is specially crafted for startups that specialize in Digital Reality and Autonomous Technologies. The selected startups will leverage Hexagon's global expertise to address specific real-world challenges in these domains, with the guidance of mentors and support from T-HUB's knowledge of the Indian startup ecosystem. Hexagon's technology is widely used in various sectors such as government, defense, manufacturing, smart cities, automotive, and more.
The Startup Catalyst Program is currently accepting submissions from startups in various areas of innovation, such as Digital Twins for EV Manufacturing, Real-Time Language Detection and Translation, and Enabling Prescriptive Maintenance with AR and VR for Process Plants. If your submission is successful, you will be given the opportunity to join a cohort, receive mentorship, and develop a proof of concept (PoC). In addition to being awarded as a finalist, you will also have the chance to collaborate with Hexagon's domain experts to build full-scale solutions.
The Senior Vice President at Hexagon’s R&D Center India, Navneet Mishra, has emphasized the program’s goal by saying that Indian startups are passionate, tech-savvy, and hardworking. With Hexagon’s Startup Catalyst Program, they aim to help these startups focus their efforts on well-defined real-world problems. The program will provide support in the form of cutting-edge technology platforms, mentors to facilitate co-solutions, and an opportunity to access global customers. The end goal is to help startups from India scale their innovation globally, and this program is an important step in that direction.
MSR, the CEO of T-Hub, emphasizes the significance of collaboration in promoting innovation. "Collaboration is the foundation of innovation, and our partnership with Hexagon for the new LAB32 cohort marks a significant milestone in T-Hub's journey. At T-Hub, we believe in creating an ecosystem that not only empowers entrepreneurs but also leads them toward global success. This collaboration demonstrates our commitment to providing startups with the necessary resources to thrive and make a meaningful impact on the world".
