HealthQuad, the venture capital platform for healthcare, and the investment arm of Quadria Group, announced the hiring of Namit Chugh as Director as it refines its investment strategy in deeptech, medtech, and digital models of care delivery.
The development follows the launch of HealthQuad Fund III, a $200 million fund (with an overallotment greenshoe option of $100 million), that will invest in revolutionary healthcare startups that cater to the changing healthcare needs of India through innovation and accessibility.
With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare investing and strategic advisory, Chugh has a robust background in early-stage investing, founder interaction, and venture creation. He was previously Principal at W Health Ventures, where he led investments in firms such as Wysa (mental well-being via AI), BeatO (diabetes management), and Mylo (content-commerce for parents). He was also responsible for incubating 2070 Health, the first healthcare venture studio of India.

His previous experience spans roles at Lok Capital, healthcare, insurtech, and consumer-tech startup investments, and advisory roles at Alvarez & Marsal and PwC, health transactions, and strategic planning.At HealthQuad, Chugh will oversee initiatives on AI-driven care models, biopharma, and medtech, while enhancing founder support and driving high-impact themes of investment.
