Critical Entrepreneurial Lessons from NASA's Mars Mission

Willingness to Learn

The astronauts in NASA worked together as a team. In order to become a leader, one should be willing to learn from these lessons.  One should always listen to leaders and try to follow their ways. It is also important to speak and interrogate when required.  The outdoor expeditions of NASA allow the members of the crew to interact with each other without any biases. Similarly, in a team the variations in opinions and conflicts are inevitable but there is a need for mutual understanding and support.

Different ideas need not create conflict

As explained before, everyone is entitled to have their own views and opinions. Such differences should not become a hindrance in the way of achieving goal. There are cultural and ethnic differences everywhere and NASA astronauts are well versed in overcoming such disparity. Such differences should be embraced and not appalled in order to fetch productive outcomes.
