Affirma Capital, in partnership with 360 ONE Asset and others, will invest up to $56 million in RMSI Limited, a leading engineering and geospatial services company. The funding marks the first investment under Affirma’s India-focused Agastya Capital India Growth Fund, highlighting confidence in India’s growing technology and engineering services market.

Founded over three decades ago, RMSI has evolved into a global player across industries like navigation, telecom, utilities, and sustainability. The company is expanding its expertise in high-growth areas such as AI/ML data annotation, autonomous driving, augmented reality, and digital mapping for major global clients.

Affirma Capital said the partnership aims to strengthen RMSI’s leadership team, drive strategic growth, and leverage its global network to scale operations. “RMSI is redefining what’s possible in geospatial engineering”, said Udai Dhawan, Founding Partner and India Head at Affirma Capital. “We’re excited to help accelerate its next phase of growth”.

360 ONE Asset echoed this confidence, with Senior Fund Manager Sandeep Maheshwari noting RMSI’s 'superior capabilities and global client base', adding that the firm looks forward to supporting RMSI on its journey towards an IPO.

RMSI CEO and Joint Managing Director Anup Jindal said the investment validates the company’s domain expertise built over three decades, adding, “We look forward to building RMSI into a global champion”.
