Rozadeen can be called a simple innovator as he hasn’t used high end technologies in his invention. The pressure cooker coffee maker is a simple device that can be used by anyone. Like the name, the main component of this invention is a pressure cooker which has a copper delivery pipe affixed to its lid. The pipe transfers the steam generated inside the cooker to a container outside through the pipe. It also has a releasing valve that is actuated by a moving lever (in the prototype it was originally a screw driver). The entire concept revolves around the method of making cappuccino or espresso hotter by the induction of steam with immense pressure which makes it frothy, tastier and soft. Interestingly, the end of the copper pipe is deliberately narrowed in size by the maker to increase the thrust of the pressure.

Rozadeen’s expertise in gas welding helped him to make ‘coffee cooker’ at a faster pace without any trouble. His wish to make a low cost coffee cooker has been quite successful and many people in the surrounding areas and in various other parts of the state have started ordering this masterpiece.
