Acquisition Details: Most recent acquisition by Make my Trip is HotelTravel.com, an international travel service company for USD 25 million. In May 2011, Make My Trip acquired a 79 percent stake in Luxury Tours and Travel, a Singapore based agency that provides hotel reservations and tours, for $3.4 million.
