Every company would have people talking negative about it, a leader has a key role to play here. He must pick up the ‘negative point’ and discuss it with the team. These small talks near the pantry or locker rooms cannot be stopped and they are rather more powerful than the leader’s word. It must handled carefully and correct information must be shared with the employees which brings them more trust and faith towards the organization.

Leaders must move these negative energy suppliers out of the organization or all the employees revert to that level within no time.
