Nagesh Trophy: Andhra, Karnataka, Odisha & Delhi Triumph on Day Two
On the second day of the Nagesh Trophy Men's National T20 Cricket Tournament for the Blind 2024-25, there were comprehensive victories as Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Odisha, and Delhi registered convincing victories.
Andhra Pradesh posted 278/4 in their 20 overs, leaving Rajasthan tottering at 132/9, Andhra Pradesh won by a landslide margin of 146 runs. Ajay Kumar Reddy is the player who was voted to Player of the Match for his impressive performance.
Karnataka adopted an aggressive approach to chase and were able to achieve Jharkhand's 164 in just 12.3 overs and won the match by 7 wickets. Sunil Ramesh B3 was Player of the Match.
In the third match, Odisha dominated to a huge score of 262/6; meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh struggled at 69 all out in 13 overs, handing Madhya Pradesh an emphatic 193-run victory. B3 Sukhram Majhi was rewarded for all-round brilliance with the Player of the Match title.
The last match was seen in which Delhi chased down Gujarat's 178 without much effort in 16.5 overs and sealed the victory with 8 wickets. Manish Kumar batted well and got the Player of the Match award.
The tournament continues to see high-intensity cricket, where teams are battling for supremacy in the prestigious event.
