She has a separate dedicated social consciousness department within the company, which addresses human rights, sustainability, and others. Her vision this year attends a set of initiatives towards a 100 per cent sustainable business models like being carbon positive and usage of 100 per cent organic cotton and linen. She also focuses on projects like ‘Handloom Project’ which invests in the development of rural areas.
