TN will develop a tourism app as a single-window tool for state tourism
The Tamil Nadu Tourism Department is creating a travel app in collaboration with the state IT department that would meet all the requirements of both domestic and foreign visitors looking to explore the state. Based on sources at the state tourism office, the new travel app would serve as a one-stop shop for all of a traveler's travel requirements.
Based on the source, work on the app is currently underway, including feedback and suggestions from tourism professionals throughout the state. The tourism agency will exhibit cultural and rich heritage locations through the app, allowing tourists to easily reach their destination.
The app will provide all directions and assistance to travelers who arrive in the state of Tamil Nadu. The state's adventure, culture, and tradition will be highlighted for travelers, and the app will display the specialty and legacy of each of these tourism locations. The app will have all of the necessary information for an overseas traveler. 
The tourism department officials also stated that the registration process for the tourist app is easy and that the upcoming traveler would be able to choose from a choice of accommodations based on his budget. Along with the government tourism restrooms, information about souvenir stores in the state's popular tourist destinations will be shown.
