As per ARAI claims the petrol variants namely, 1.6-liter petrol (105PS/153Nm) is expected to give 16.09 kmpl and 1.2-liter TSI (105PS/175Nm) 18.19 kmpl. Whereas the diesel engines namely 1.5-liter TDI (105PS/250Nm) (manual) is expected to give 20.64 kmpl and the 1.5-liteTDI (Auto) is devised at 21.5 kmpl respectively.
Since VW claims the updated versions will return 7 percent more with petrol engines and 2 percent more on diesel, this could just be a great proposition for Indian buyers.
